DCC Wines Continue to Find Favor Among Top Chefs

DCC wines can be found at many of the top restaurants in the United States, and  Chef Masa Takayama of the eponymous Michelin 3 star restaurant in New York recently delved into his extensive wine list to take a few bottles of 2011 Volnay 1er cru Clos de la Chapelle to Japan to drink with Anthony Bourdain on Season 8, Episode 6 of “Parts Unknown.” Dave McGovern, Beverage Director at Masa restaurants, commented simply that Chef Masa made this selection because “he likes the wine.”

DCC wines are recent additions to NoMad’s list in New York and continue to be poured by the glass at Blue Hill, where it has held a spot for nearly a year!
